المهام والمسؤوليات

• Oversee selection, testing, and quality assurance of construction materials used in Building Construction projects
• Ensure all materials meet project specifications, regulatory standards, and firm performance requirements
• Review and approve material submittals in line with project and design requirements
• Collaborate with Design, Procurement, and Construction teams to optimize material usage, reduce costs, and enhance sustainability

المتطلبات

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years of experience working in Contracting or Consultancy firms
• Preferred experience in Residential / High-Rise Tower construction projects in Dubai
• Exposure to a wide range of project types: Residential, Hospitality, High-Rise Buildings, Special Projects
• Strong knowledge of civil material specifications, testing methods, and quality standards
