A local family is seeking an experienced, visionary Managing Director to lead the next phase of growth for its real estate brokerage business.

• Lead and oversee all brokerage operations, including sales, leasing, and business development.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of real estate professionals.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with developers, investors, landlords, and strategic partners.
• Implement effective operational processes, performance metrics, and reporting systems.
• Execute the company's strategic business plan while identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities.
• Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, collaboration, and outstanding customer service.
• Ensure full compliance with all applicable UAE real estate regulations and company policies.
• Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and overall business performance.

المتطلبات

• Minimum of 10 years' successful experience in Dubai's real estate market.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing brokerage operations and large sales teams.
• Well-established network within the UAE real estate industry.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of delivering business growth.
• Strategic thinker with excellent organisational and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and leadership presence.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into measurable business results.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
