: We’re Hiring | Maintenance Manager Location: UAE Industry: Oil & Gas / Industrial Plant Operations Salary : AED 8000+Accommodation + Annual benefits Email : [بيانات التواصل متاحة عبر زر التقديم] Key Responsibilities •Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. •Oversee mechanical, electrical, welding, and fabrication works. •Supervise maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, and equipment repairs. •Ensure equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and minimal downtime. •Lead maintenance teams and coordinate with operations and engineering. •Ensure compliance with HSE standards and maintain accurate maintenance records. Requirements •Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. •7–10 years of relevant experience in refinery, petrochemical, or similar industrial plant maintenance. •Strong technical knowledge of pumps, motors, boilers, compressors, pipelines, welding, and fabrication. •Experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance team management. •Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. •Medically fit to work in an industrial plant environment.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in refinery, petrochemical, or similar industrial plant maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge of pumps, motors, boilers, compressors, pipelines, welding, and fabrication.
• Experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance team management.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Medically fit to work in an industrial plant environment.
