**Job Title: Maintenance Engineer** **Location: Dubai, UAE** **Experience: 2–4 years in the UAE** **Availability: Immediate joining required** **Job Overview** We are seeking an organized and proactive Maintenance Engineer to manage daily maintenance activities in Dubai. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience coordinating with facility management teams, clients, and site personnel. **Key Responsibilities** * Inspect sites, assess maintenance requirements, and coordinate inspections with facility management teams and clients. * Prepare inspection reports, daily progress reports, work proposals, quotations, and purchase orders. * Maintain accurate project documentation and follow up on quotations, approvals, and outstanding actions. * Coordinate daily with clients and facility management teams regarding work progress, site requirements, and schedules. * Plan daily work schedules, allocate manpower, and distribute teams across sites. * Follow up with site teams to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely completion. * Ensure works meet the required quality and safety standards. * Manage urgent requests, changing priorities, and multiple tasks under pressure. **Candidate Requirements** * 2–4 years of UAE experience in maintenance works. * Valid UAE driving licence. * Experience dealing with facility management teams and clients. * Strong documentation, reporting, planning, and coordination skills. * Excellent written and spoken English. * Ability to work independently, take ownership, and perform effectively under pressure. * Available to join immediately and work in Dubai.
