🚀 Were Hiring | Learning & Development Specialist 📍 Location: Dubai, UAE We are currently recruiting for a leading multinational organisation seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to drive employee development, leadership programmes, talent management, and organisational culture initiatives. What were looking for: ▪️Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, with strong specialisation in corporate Learning & Development. ▪️Proven hands-on experience in instructional design, training programme development, and end-to-end delivery. ▪️Strong background in leadership development, talent management, and employee engagement. ▪️Experience within a multinational organisation is highly preferred. Please note: We are specifically looking for dedicated L&D professionals. Candidates whose experience is primarily in Sales Training, Product Training, or Generalist HR will not be considered.
