DigitalX is looking for an experienced L2 Commvault Engineer to join our team and support enterprise backup and recovery environments.

المتطلبات

• Strong hands-on experience with Commvault Backup & Recovery and CommCell Architecture
• Administration and troubleshooting of CommServe, MediaAgent, Clients, Storage Libraries, Web Server, and Command Center
• Backup and Restore operations including Full, Incremental, Synthetic Full, and Application-Aware backups
• Experience with Deduplication Database (DDB), Storage Policies, Retention Management, and Data Protection
• VMware and Hyper-V backup, restore, and troubleshooting
• Database backup administration including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle
• Windows and Linux backup administration
• Experience with Disaster Recovery, Auxiliary Copies, Replication, and Recovery Procedures
• Backup job monitoring, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization
• Understanding of Networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, Firewall Rules, and Connectivity Troubleshooting
• Experience with Commvault upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities
• Exposure to QCommands, REST APIs, and automation tools is an advantage
• ITIL and Incident Management experience preferred
• 3-6 years of experience in enterprise backup and storage administration
• Experience supporting 24x7 production environments
• Commvault Certification is a plus
