🚨 WE’RE HIRING – DLP TEAM | DUBAI, UAE 🇦🇪 We are looking for qualified and experienced professionals to join our Facilities Management – DLP team. 🔹 1. Junior Facilities Engineer – DLP 📌 Vacancies: 1 📌 Experience: 1–2 years Responsibilities: - Inspect and identify MEP and civil defects in villas, townhouses, and residential buildings. - Coordinate with technicians for defect rectification. - Follow up on service requests and maintain defect records. - Coordinate with customers and site teams. 🔹 2. Facilities Engineer – DLP 📌 Vacancies: 1 📌 Experience: 3–5 years 📌 Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory. Responsibilities: - Manage MEP and civil defect rectification across residential projects. - Conduct site inspections and coordinate corrective actions. - Monitor service requests and ensure timely closure. - Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and project teams. - Prepare reports and handle customer concerns. 🔹 3. FM Supervisor – DLP 📌 Vacancies: 3 📌 Experience: 3–5 years 📌 UAE manual driving licence preferred. Responsibilities: - Supervise technicians and daily DLP activities. - Allocate jobs and monitor site progress. - Ensure quality workmanship and timely defect rectification. - Coordinate with engineers and subcontractors. - Verify completed works and maintain daily reports. ✅ General Requirements - Relevant technical qualifications and FM/DLP experience. - Knowledge of MEP and civil defects. - Good communication and coordination skills. ⚡️ Immediate Joining Required!
