مطلوب Junior Accountant للعمل لدى ROES في الإمارات العربية المتحدة بنظام دوام كامل بطبيعة عمل مكتبية. يشترط خبرة سنة على الأقل، مع Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field، Minimum two years of accounting experience in the UAE، Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is required. للتقديم يرجى إرسال السيرة الذاتية إلى البريد الإلكتروني المذكور.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions in Zoho Books.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and issue invoices, receipts and payment records.
• Perform bank, cash and credit card reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables.
• Process supplier invoices and maintain supporting documents.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate account classification.
• Assist with monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare basic financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash-flow reports.
• Maintain petty cash records and employee expense claims.
• Support UAE VAT and Corporate Tax calculations, documentation and filings.
• Ensure all financial records are complete, accurate and properly filed.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks and other external parties when required.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Minimum two years of accounting experience in the UAE
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is required
• Good knowledge of bookkeeping and general accounting principles
• Basic knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Good written and spoken English and Arabic
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential financial information
• Available to join immediately
