• Preparing and processing pre-bills and final bills
• Generating invoices, credit notes and write-offs
• Supporting accounts receivable and collections
• Following up with clients regarding outstanding accounts
• Maintaining client and matter billing information
• Supporting e-billing through client billing portals
• Preparing billing reports and summaries

المتطلبات

• Around 1–2 years’ relevant experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• An understanding of law firms or professional services environments
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organisation
