We’re Hiring: Joinery Quantity Surveyor CS Interiors is looking for an experienced Joinery QS to support our high-end residential and commercial fit-out projects in Dubai. Key responsibilities: - Prepare joinery estimates, BOQs and tender submissions - Complete accurate material and labour take-offs - Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations - Prepare budgets, valuations, variations and final accounts - Monitor costs from tender through production and installation - Coordinate with design, procurement, factory and project teams Requirements: - Minimum 5 years’ joinery QS experience - Strong knowledge of bespoke joinery, materials, finishes and hardware - UAE fit-out and joinery experience is essential - Ability to read shop drawings and technical specifications - Strong commercial, negotiation and Excel skills - Currently based in the UAE Immediate joiners preferred Send your CV to [بيانات التواصل متاحة عبر زر التقديم]
