We’re Hiring: Joinery Factory Supervisor CS Interiors is looking for an experienced Joinery Factory Supervisor to help manage daily production at our Dubai factory. Key responsibilities: - Plan and supervise joinery production - Allocate tasks and manage factory labour - Review drawings, cutting lists and production schedules - Monitor quality, productivity and material usage - Coordinate completed items with delivery and installation programmes - Maintain factory safety, discipline and housekeeping Requirements: - Minimum 5 years’ joinery manufacturing experience - Previous factory supervisory experience - Strong knowledge of bespoke joinery, materials, finishes and machinery - Ability to read shop drawings and fabrication details - Strong leadership, planning and quality-control skills - UAE experience required - Currently based in the UAE Send your CV to [بيانات التواصل متاحة عبر زر التقديم]
