We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead software development/Product implementation projects using both Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) methodologies.

• Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver IT projects on time and within budget.
• Develop project plans, manage project scope, timelines, resources, and costs.
• Lead RFP processes, vendor evaluation, selection, and implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project risks, issues, quality, and change control.
• Provide regular project status reporting and governance updates.
• Conduct project reviews and drive continuous improvement.

المتطلبات

• Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience in Product Implementation is a must
• Prior hands-on software engineering /Software Developer experience in Java or .Net Technologies is a must
• Airline industry experience will be an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline (preferred)
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
• PMP certification (mandatory)
• Agile certification (preferred)
