The IT Finance Specialist will guide technology senior management through budget planning and management, procure-to-pay cycle and vendor governance.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Act as an interface between Technology group and Procurement / Finance teams
• Assist in the management of AMC governance, tracking procure to pay cycle.
• Experience in reviewing contracts (MSA’s / SOW’s) and managing it.
• Run Vendor performance assessments for Technology vendors
• Support in Service Governance reviews with strategic vendors
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and cost avoidance
• Prepare and deliver executive-level reports and presentations on the budget utilization, contracts status, workforce management

المتطلبات

• Proven experience (6 to 10 years) in procurement operations, finance, budgeting and vendor governance in Banking environment.
• Familiarity with IT procurement processes, managing AMC’s, contracts reviews and vendor management.
• Excellent skills in MS-Office, preparing dashboards, metrics & reporting
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate to senior management
• A proactive, analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
