Experienced IT Engineer to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cloud services, and cybersecurity across multiple companies in the UAE & KSA.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Manage and support Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 & Azure
• Administer enterprise network infrastructure
• Manage virtualization, backup, disaster recovery & endpoint management solutions
• Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, email security & cybersecurity solutions
• Support ERP systems, Microsoft SQL Server and other business-critical applications
• Provide Level 2/3 technical support
• Ensure high availability, reliability and security of IT systems
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers
• Contribute to IT infrastructure and digital transformation projects
• Support IT operations across multiple entities in the UAE & KSA

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure and systems administration
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, networking, virtualization, cloud infrastructure & cybersecurity
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central is an advantage
• Construction or contracting industry experience is preferred
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and vendor-management skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
