Lead and manage multiple Human Capital transformation projects and initiatives, liaising with stakeholders and ensuring project implementation, delivery, and alignment with organizational objectives.

• Lead and manage multiple Human Capital transformation projects and initiatives.
• Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.
• Manage projects according to agreed plans, timelines, budgets, and requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and provide regular status reports.
• Coordinate implementation activities across relevant teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables are aligned with organizational objectives.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent certification from a reputable body.
• 9+ years of experience in project/program management or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience in Human Capital, particularly in areas such as Organization Design, Manpower Planning, HR Policy, HR Systems, Human Capital Transformation.
• UAE government or semi-government experience is strongly preferred.
