Hiring: HR Manager | Abu Dhabi, UAE Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Monthly Salary: AED. 25,000 We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our client operating in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) sector. Key Requirements 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience at HR Manager level or equivalent within the AEC or a related consulting industry. Professional fluency in Arabic and English Currently based in the UAE. Strong knowledge of HR policies, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and compensation and benefits. A Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline is preferred. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree and substantial relevant experience will also be considered. Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
