المتطلبات

• Minimum 10+ years of HR experience.
• Mandatory experience in both Real Estate Development and Construction.
• Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent knowledge of UAE Labour Law, HR operations, employee relations, and workforce planning.
• Proven ability to manage the complete HR function and support business growth.
