SEHA CLINICS is looking for an experienced Health Center Manager to lead clinic operations, drive business performance and ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.

• Lead the strategic and operational management of the health center to achieve business objectives and operational targets.
• Monitor operational performance, analyse business outcomes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with SEHA policies, HAAD regulatory requirements, quality standards, and key performance indicators.
• Manage and develop the administrative and general services team, ensuring efficient service delivery and effective communication.
• Build strong relationships with consultants, patients, insurance providers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and support local marketing initiatives to enhance clinic performance and reputation.
• Oversee staff training, performance management, and professional development.
• Promote a culture of quality, risk management, patient-centered care, and operational excellence.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Healthcare Management, Clinical, or a related field. Alternatively, a relevant diploma with three additional years of experience.
• 6- 8 years of relevant progressive experience in a similar role, including at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in a large healthcare facility is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
