The role is responsible for managing technical reviews and approvals of No Objection Certificate (NOC) applications for third-party activities impacting onshore hydrocarbon pipelines, gas facilities, LNG terminals, control stations, and other critical energy infrastructure across Dubai. The position ensures that all works carried out near pipeline corridors and protected assets are reviewed from an engineering integrity, operational safety, and asset protection perspective, with a strong focus on risk mitigation and compliance with pipeline engineering standards.

المتطلبات

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in gas plants, transmission pipelines, or pipeline operations
• Strong understanding of pipeline design, integrity management, and corridor protection systems
• Experience in utility coordination, authority approvals, and NOC management within oil and gas infrastructure
