المهام والمسؤوليات

• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
• Prepare financial reports, management reports, and financial analysis.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and support cash flow monitoring.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Review financial data and identify discrepancies or unusual transactions.
• Support the preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Ensure compliance with relevant UAE tax and financial regulations, including VAT and Corporate Tax requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by management.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Fluency in Russian is mandatory
• Good command of English, both written and verbal
• UAE experience is preferred
