مدير مالي للإشراف على العمليات المالية والتقارير والميزانية والرقابة في دبي بدولة الإمارات لشركة رائدة في مجال العطور والسلع الاستهلاكية. تتطلب خبرة متقدمة، مع خبير في عمليات المالية وإعداد التقارير والميزانية، خبرة في قطاع العطور والسلع الاستهلاكية، معرفة بمعايير IFRS والمتطلبات الضريبية في الإمارات.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Lead day-to-day finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing, financial statements, reconciliations, and management reporting.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and financial performance against business targets.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, inventory accounting, and cash management activities.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE tax requirements, statutory regulations, and internal financial policies.
• Strengthen financial controls, identify risks, and implement improvements across finance processes.
• Partner with procurement, sales, production, and supply chain teams to improve cost control and profitability.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax advisors, and other external stakeholders while providing financial insights to senior management.
