We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our Group operating in the manufacturing, FMCG, and distribution sectors. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. 8–13 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a senior role.Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, and cash flow management.Knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations. Advanced Excel and ERP system skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Oversee monthly and annual financial reporting in accordance with IFRS. Analyze financial performance, profitability, and cost control. Monitor product costing, validate Bills of Materials (BOM), and oversee inventory valuation.Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, working capital, and credit control.Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations. Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, letters of credit, and bank guarantees. Preferred- Immediate Joiners + Short term Contract JD: equired Skills & Qualifications Experience: 5 to 7yrs in AI and Machine Learning engineering Engineering Skills • Solid practical experience (5 to 7 years minimum) in AI and Machine Learning engineering. • Proven track record of deploying end-to-end ML solutions into production, from initial data collection to end-user deployment. • Strong ability to design robust algorithmic solutions and data architectures suited for critical systems and real-time operational constraints. • Demonstrated experience participating in or leading client-facing workshops and technical ideation sessions. Technical Skills • Advanced knowledge of statistics, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning algorithms. • Hands-on experience and understanding of RAG and MCP principles. • Deep proficiency in Python and mainstream AI/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch); exposure to Java, Spark, or Scala is a plus. • Solid understanding of database technologies and SQL (with exposure to NoSQL systems). • Practical experience with MLOps tools (MLflow) and modern development environments (GitLab, Docker, CI/CD). • Familiarity with data security, privacy, and sovereignty constraints in defense or critical infrastructure environments. • Mandatory hands-on experience with Jira, as well as Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps tooling (Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, and Sonar). Soft Skills • Excellent active listening and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ML models and convince non-technical stakeholders. • Proactive mindset with high autonomy, responsiveness, and strong initiative-taking capability. • Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional agile teams. • Capacity to analyze complex operational problems and act as a force of proposal.
