Position : Finance Director Location : Dubai - UAE Etihad Energy holding is looking for a seasoned Finance Director to join a publicly listed integrated energy & infrastructure group with assets spanning petroleum storage, maritime, and refinery. Responsibilities: • Group financial reporting & audited FS • Cash flow, treasury & forecasting • Business planning & budgeting • Audit management (external & internal) • Capital markets & lender engagement • Finance team leadership Required Skills and Experience: • 10+ years in senior finance roles • Listed company experience (DFM/ADX or equivalent) • CA / CPA / ACCA / CFA qualified • Energy, infrastructure or maritime background preferred • Sukuk / project finance exposure a strong plus Please send your CV to Careers@etihadenergyholding.com with the subject line “Finance Director” for reference.
