🚨Hiring | Estimation Manager -MEP | UAE,Abudhabi MTEC Electromechanical Works LLC is looking for an experienced Estimation Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Key Responsibilities : Lead the complete MEP tender and estimation process. Review drawings, specifications, BOQs and tender requirements. Manage quantity take-offs, rate build-ups and cost calculations. Evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations. Develop tender budgets, risk assessments and pricing strategies. Coordinate with technical and commercial teams. Lead tender clarifications and negotiations. Ensure accurate and competitive tender submissions. Mentor and guide estimation engineers. Requirements : Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field (20+ years) of MEP estimation/pre-contract experience Strong UAE/GCC project experience Excellent knowledge of MEP systems, quantity take-off and rate build-up Strong tendering, commercial and negotiation skills Advanced Excel and estimation software knowledge v CostX / PlanSwift / Bluebeam experience is an advantage 📩Interested candidates can send their CV to: career@mtec.ae

المتطلبات
