We are looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer to join our team and support project estimation, tendering and commercial activities within the construction/infrastructure sector. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs and quantity take-offs. • Review tender documents, drawings, specifications and project requirements. • Obtain and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations. • Prepare competitive and accurate tender submissions. • Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives. • Maintain estimation databases and historical cost information. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related discipline. • 3–7 years of relevant experience in construction/infrastructure estimation. • Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off and cost estimation. • Experience with construction drawings and specifications. • Strong MS Excel and estimation software skills. • UAE/GCC construction experience will be an advantage.
