🚨 **WE’RE HIRING | DUBAI, UAE 🇦🇪** 🏗️ **Position: Engineer – Master Planning** 📍 **Location:** Dubai, UAE 💼 **Job Type:** Full-Time 🏢 **Work Mode:** On-site 🔹 **Key Responsibilities:** ✅ Manage NOC applications and ensure compliance with JAFZA, Trakhees, DEWA, RTA, and other authorities. ✅ Review design concepts, modification proposals, and master planning drawings. ✅ Ensure compliance with planning regulations and development standards (DCR). ✅ Coordinate with planning teams, tenants, consultants, and government authorities. ✅ Oversee permit processes, project activities, and plot allocation requests. ✅ Conduct site inspections and coordinate with relevant authorities to resolve compliance issues. ✅ Follow up on approvals, permits, and submitted applications. ✅ Maintain accurate records of permits, inspections, and official communications. 🔹 **Preferred Skills & Experience:** ▪️ Background in engineering, master planning, infrastructure, or development approvals. ▪️ Knowledge of UAE authority regulations and NOC procedures. ▪️ Ability to review technical drawings and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. ▪️ Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. 📩 **HOW TO APPLY** Interested candidates can send their updated CV to: 📧 **[بيانات التواصل متاحة عبر زر التقديم]** 📌 **Email Subject:** Engineer – Master Planning 🔄 **Know someone suitable?
