The role will provide first-level technical support to end users across Windows and Mac environments, ensuring timely resolution of day-to-day IT issues and delivering a high-quality support experience.

المتطلبات

• 1–3 years of experience in an IT service desk, desktop support, or end-user support role.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience with Windows and macOS devices.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, especially Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office desktop applications.
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Exchange Admin Center for user and mailbox support within approved delegated roles.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance, app deployment, configuration profiles, and basic endpoint troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Jamf MDM for Mac device management, software deployment, device inventory, and compliance support.
