We are looking for an experienced Draftsman with Quantity Surveyor position to join our team in Dubai.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Prepare and modify AutoCAD drawings for landscape, civil, and related works
• Maintain proper drawing layers, line types, scales, blocks, and drawing standards
• Review drawings and ensure all information is clearly presented and coordinated
• Assist the QS team with quantity take-offs from drawings
• Calculate quantities for materials such as paving, kerbs, concrete, irrigation, softscape, hardscape, and other landscape works
• Prepare BOQ quantities and measurement sheets under the guidance of the Quantity Surveyor
• Compare drawings with BOQ quantities and identify discrepancies
• Assist in preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and quantity measurement drawings
• Update drawings according to site changes and QS requirements
• Coordinate with QS, Engineers, Site Teams, and Project Managers to obtain accurate project information
• Maintain proper filing and revision control of drawings
• Support the QS department in preparing variations, interim measurements, and material quantity calculations when required

المتطلبات

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and drawing layer management
• Understanding of construction/landscape drawings and measurements
• Basic to good knowledge of quantity take-off and BOQ preparation
• Knowledge of Excel and measurement sheets
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience in a landscape or construction company is preferred
