Job Title: Digital Governance & Performance Management Specialist Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Contract Duration: 1 Year - Extendable Requirements: We are seeking an experienced Digital Governance and Performance Management Specialist to support the Digital Planning & Performance Excellence Department. The ideal candidate should have 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in KPI management, performance reporting, governance frameworks, policies and procedures, audit and CAPA tracking, risk and control monitoring, and continuous improvement. Strong analytical, stakeholder coordination, executive reporting, Excel, and Power BI skills are essential. Experience within a large industrial, energy, or other regulated organization is preferred.
