المهام والمسؤوليات

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and technical/commercial tender submissions
• Analyse project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams during the bidding process
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Identify project risks and opportunities during tender evaluation
• Ensure the timely submission of accurate and competitive proposals

المتطلبات

• 12–18 years of overall experience in Civil Estimation & Proposals
• Extensive UAE experience in the Oil & Gas sector is mandatory
• Strong expertise in cost estimation, tendering, quantity take-off, bid preparation, and cost analysis
• Experience with ADNOC and other major EPC/Oil & Gas projects will be an added advantage
• Ability to review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates
• Excellent knowledge of UAE market rates, subcontractor pricing, and estimation software
