We’re Hiring | Customer Service Executive - Oil & gas Location: UAE Salary: AED 6,500 per month Email : [بيانات التواصل متاحة عبر زر التقديم] Key Responsibilities •Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry and documentation. •Manage multiple customer service processes simultaneously while meeting deadlines. •Handle order-related queries, discrepancies, and customer concerns efficiently. •Verify order details, quantities, pricing, and other critical information. •Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery. •Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures. •Identify issues, investigate discrepancies, and implement effective solutions. Requirements •Relevant experience in customer service, order processing, or sales coordination. •Strong numerical skills and exceptional attention to detail. •Ability to manage multiple tasks and processes simultaneously. •Excellent data accuracy, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. •Experience handling high-value orders or complex transactions is highly desirable. •Background in oil & gas, industrial trading, logistics, manufacturing, or similar process-driven industries would be an advantage. •Good communication and coordination skills.
