المتطلبات

• Proven experience as a Cost Manager or Quantity Surveyor on large-scale post-contract projects
• Strong technical capability across all aspects of cost management
• Hands-on experience managing valuations, variations, change control, cost reporting and forecasting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• RICS membership, or progress towards it, is highly regarded
• Candidates should ideally be based within a commutable distance of the Sharjah Airport area
