We're looking for a hands-on Cleaning Manager to lead cleaning operations across multiple residential and commercial towers. You'll own cleaning quality, guide our supervisors, and make sure every building meets company and client standards, every day.

• Oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple towers and sites
• Run regular and surprise site inspections
• Lead and develop Cleaning Supervisors and their teams
• Manage manpower, attendance, deployment, and schedules
• Resolve client feedback and complaints quickly, with clear corrective actions
• Make sure staff follow uniform, grooming, and conduct standards
• Ensure correct use of chemicals, equipment, and PPE
• Train teams on cleaning procedures and quality standards
• Prepare inspection and performance reports for management
• Work closely with Operations, Facilities, and site teams

المتطلبات

• 3+ years in Cleaning Management, Housekeeping, or Facilities Management
• Experience managing cleaning across multiple buildings or sites
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial cleaning standards
• Proven ability to lead supervisors and large teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Good reporting and organizational skills
• Comfortable in a field-based role, moving between sites
• UAE experience preferred
