We’re Hiring: Civil Inspector A leading engineering consultancy is looking for a qualified Civil Inspector to oversee construction activities, ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications, and maintain quality standards across civil works. Location: Dubai, UAE Role: Civil Inspector Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Conduct regular site inspections to ensure civil construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. ✔️ Inspect concrete works, foundations, structural elements, earthworks, and other civil construction activities. ✔️ Verify construction materials, workmanship, and installation methods against approved technical specifications and quality standards. ✔️ Identify construction defects, deviations, and non-conformities, and recommend appropriate corrective actions. ✔️ Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, consultants, and project teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth execution. ✔️ Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, authority regulations, health and safety requirements, and project standards. ✔️ Prepare site inspection reports, maintain quality records, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. ✔️ Monitor the progress and quality of civil works to ensure timely completion in accordance with project schedules. 📩 Apply Now: https://lnkd.in/dkahd53H
