Star Services is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee civil construction activities for a substation project during the night shift.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Supervise and manage civil construction activities during the night shift.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, surveyors, QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure safe and timely execution.
• Monitor project progress, productivity and compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements and permit requirements.
• Coordinate with the day-shift team to ensure smooth work continuity and handover.
• Liaise with EDF/TAQA representatives, consultants and project management.
• Prepare daily progress reports and address site execution issues promptly.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in substation construction projects involving 132kV, 220kV, 400kV or similar utility projects.
• TAQA Competency as Civil Engineer – Mandatory.
• Experience in civil works execution, subcontractor management, quality control and HSE compliance.
• Familiarity with UAE utility projects and client/consultant coordination is preferred.
