We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our facilities management team.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Supervise and manage all civil maintenance and repair works.
• Conduct site inspections, identify defects and recommend corrective actions.
• Plan and monitor PPM and reactive maintenance activities.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimate, material request and quotations.
• Ensure work completion within SLA, KPI, quality and safety requirements.
• Prepare daily/monthly reports, inspection reports and completion documents.

المتطلبات

• Proven superior knowledge & experience in FM operations, especially hard services.
• Minimum of 05 Years of UAE experience in the required position.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Driving license is mandatory.
