Lead the financial strategy and performance of a growing business group in the UAE, driving profitability, cash‑flow optimisation, working capital management, financial controls, risk management, compliance and business growth.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Drive profitability, cost optimisation and financial performance
• Oversee cash flow and working capital management
• Strengthen receivables, payables and credit‑control processes
• Manage banking relationships, financing facilities and treasury
• Lead project and manufacturing finance, costing and profitability analysis
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, IFRS and statutory requirements
• Strengthen internal controls, governance and financial risk management
• Lead ERP, MIS and finance automation initiatives
• Evaluate CAPEX, investments, ROI, IRR and business cases
• Develop and lead a high‑performing Finance & Accounts team
• Partner closely with the MD and senior leadership on strategic business decisions

المتطلبات

• Proven experience in a CFO / Finance Director / senior finance leadership role
• Strong exposure to manufacturing, projects, trading or diversified business environments
• Strong understanding of UAE taxation, VAT, Corporate Tax and IFRS
• Expertise in cash‑flow, working capital, treasury and financial controls
• Strong commercial and business partnering capabilities
• Experience managing banking relationships and financing arrangements
• Strong ERP, MIS and financial transformation exposure
• Excellent leadership, analytical and decision‑making skills
• CA / ACCA / CPA / equivalent professional qualification preferred
