We’re Hiring: Business Development / Specification Manager - Dubai, UAE We are looking for an experienced Business Development / Specification Manager with a strong background in specification sales, preferably within the flooring, interiors, or construction industry. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, - contractors, and developers. - Drive specification sales across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. - Promote flooring solutions and provide product recommendations and technical support. - Leverage the design studio to engage clients and showcase flooring solutions. - Identify new business opportunities, monitor market trends, and maintain strong client relationships. - Manage sales pipelines, CRM updates, and business development reports.
