Job Opening: Business Development Engineer – HVAC 📍 Location: UAE Key Responsibilities • Build and strengthen strategic relationships with leading UAE property developers and government/municipal entities. • Identify upcoming mega developments, infrastructure projects, and government tenders at an early planning stage. • Lead negotiations for long-term framework agreements, strategic partnerships, and vendor enlistments. • Influence developers, consultants, master planners, procurement teams, and government engineering departments to secure inclusion in Approved Vendor Lists (AVL) and project specifications. • Position the company’s HVAC portfolio, including Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF systems, and related solutions, for major projects. • Act as the strategic bridge between external stakeholders and internal Sales and Estimation teams, ensuring smooth handover and execution of secured opportunities. Candidate Profile • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering • MBA or Master’s degree in Business/Strategic Management is highly preferred • Strong HVAC technical/product knowledge preferred • Professional fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory • Valid UAE driving license Interested candidates can send their CV to: hrdubai@hisense.com
