We’re Hiring: Business Analyst Location: Dubai,UAE Years of Experience: 8+ years Apply Now: Send your CV to prince.m@focusinfotech.com Job Description  role, you will: Elicit, analyse, document, and validate business requirements, translating them into well-defined features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. Work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to understand business objectives, pain points, customer journeys, and expected outcomes. Support backlog preparation and refinement, ensuring requirements are sufficiently detailed and ready for future PIs and sprints. Facilitate discovery workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, process walkthroughs, and solution discussions with relevant stakeholders. Analyse current and future-state business processes, identifying gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Support the identification and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements and ensure alignment with agreed business outcomes. Maintain the quality and traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring changes and dependencies are appropriately captured. Participate in key Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives as required. Work closely with Product Owners and Product Managers to support feature prioritisation and ensure requirements are aligned with product and portfolio objectives. Define and support appropriate measures of success and acceptance criteria to validate that delivered solutions meet agreed business requirements.
