Memories by L’ETO is a coffee-focused concept built around quality, discovery, and a genuine passion for coffee. Working closely with the Memories Coffee Roastery team, we offer a diverse selection of beans sourced directly from coffee producers, including established favourites and exciting new-to-market coffees.

المتطلبات

• Previous professional experience in a coffee house or café is required.
• Specialty coffee experience is strongly preferred. Candidates from venues where coffee was a secondary offering may be considered for junior positions.
• Strong coffee knowledge and a genuine interest in beans, brewing techniques, flavour profiles, and coffee products.
• Confidence in communicating coffee knowledge and recommending products directly to guests.
• A guest-first mentality, with a natural ability to create a welcoming and engaging experience at an open bar.
• Positive, energetic, and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take responsibility.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
