We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – Key Clients (Sales) A leading shipping and logistics organization is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Key Clients to manage strategic customer relationships, drive sales growth, and strengthen business partnerships across the shipping industry. Location: Dubai, UAE Role: Assistant Manager – Key Clients (Sales) Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Manage and develop relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term business growth. ✔️ Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive revenue growth through effective account management. ✔️ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets and expand the customer portfolio. ✔️ Understand client shipping requirements and provide suitable freight, container shipping, and logistics solutions. ✔️ Negotiate service agreements, pricing, and commercial terms while ensuring business profitability. ✔️ Coordinate with operations, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. ✔️ Monitor customer performance, market trends, competitor activities, and account profitability to identify growth opportunities. ✔️ Prepare sales forecasts, key account reports, and performance updates while maintaining accurate client records. 📩 Apply Now: https://lnkd.in/dGSZuwzD
