Specializing in development, design, information technology, and programming 🇦🇪 Urgent hiring for Application Support role for HCL TX Product Support for Dubai Location JD: Requirements • Proven experience (typically 8+ years in L2/L3 application support and maintenance of enterprise web and mobile platforms. • Hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting the HCL TX stack: HCL DX, Volt MX, Volt Foundry, and Leap. • Working knowledge of Azure AKS/Kubernetes — pods, deployments, services, ingress, probes, scaling, container health. • Experience supporting APIs, microservices, middleware, and third-party integrations. • Strong SQL and application data-access troubleshooting skills. • Demonstrated incident, problem, and change management experience aligned to ITIL practices; ability to own incidents end-to-end across third-party dependencies. • Experience with performance analysis using logs and telemetry, and with upgrade/patch management including rollback planning. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Professional working proficiency in English; Arabic is an asset.
