Role: Senior AI Platform EngineerLocation: Abu DhabiExp: 5+yrsRequired Skills and Qualifications • 5-6 years of relevant experience in backend engineering, platform engineering, distributed systems, or applied AIdevelopment.• Advanced Python programming skills, including experience building platform frameworks, SDKs, APIs, andreusable packages.• Hands-on experience designing and building LLM-powered platforms, AI infrastructure, agent-based systems, orproduction generative AI services.• Strong practical experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agent and workflow orchestration frameworks.• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, RAG architectures, embeddings, retrieval and reranking, toolintegration, memory, and agent workflows.• Proven experience designing microservices, asynchronous processing patterns, APIs, and scalable distributed systems.• Strong command of software engineering practices, including design patterns, automated testing, code review,CI/CD, and containerization.• Strong understanding of logging, monitoring, distributed tracing, evaluation, and performance management for AI systems.• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.Preferred Qualifications • Experience designing vector database, semantic search, and enterprise retrieval pipelines.• Experience implementing AI observability and evaluation using Langfuse, LangSmith, or equivalent tools.• Experience integrating multiple LLM providers and self-hosted or open-source models, including routing and fallback patterns.• Experience building internal AI platforms, reusable Python frameworks, or developer tooling used by multiple engineering teams.• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, infrastructure automation, and secure secretsand API management.• Knowledge of responsible AI, model governance, data privacy, access control, and enterprise security requirements.
