⚖️ We’re Hiring: Director of Regulatory Compliance🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time💼 Level: Senior-Level / ExecutiveWe are looking for an experienced, strategic, and highly responsible Director of Regulatory Compliance to join our leadership team! The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks, corporate governance, risk management, and compliance operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the company's regulatory compliance strategy, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and industry standards, managing regulatory risks, and establishing effective compliance policies. This role requires strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to work closely with senior management and regulatory authorities.🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and oversee the company's overall regulatory compliance strategy and framework.Ensure business operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and industry standards.Monitor regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on the company's business activities.Establish and maintain compliance policies, procedures, internal controls, and governance standards.Lead regulatory risk assessments and identify potential compliance gaps, operational risks, and areas requiring improvement.Provide strategic compliance advice and guidance to senior management, department heads, and business units.Oversee internal compliance reviews, regulatory audits, and investigations to ensure effective implementation of compliance requirements.Manage relationships and communications with regulatory authorities, external auditors, legal advisors, and other relevant stakeholders.Coordinate regulatory reporting, licensing applications, renewals, and required disclosures.Lead the development and implementation of compliance monitoring programs and corrective action plans.Oversee compliance training and awareness initiatives to ensure employees understand their regulatory responsibilities.Investigate reported compliance concerns, potential violations, and misconduct, ensuring appropriate action is taken.Work closely with Legal, Finance, Risk Management, Operations, and other departments to strengthen corporate governance.Prepare regular compliance reports, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations for executive leadership and the board.Lead, mentor, and develop the compliance team while promoting accountability and a strong ethical culture.Ensure the company maintains accurate compliance records and documentation for regulatory inspections and audits.✅ RequirementsBachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related field.
