They need a commercially minded finance leader to take it from concept to a scalable, profitable business. What you’ll doShape the launch: the three-year business plan, the operating model, and the milestones that turn the vision into a working businessOwn the numbers: financial models, budgets, forecasts and KPIs, plus unit economics such as acquisition cost, retention and marginsSet the commercial strategy, including pricing, segmentation, partnerships and routes to market, tested through pilots before scalingRun M&A on Board-identified opportunities, from assessment and due diligence through valuation, structuring and post-deal integrationPresent investment cases and recommendations to the CEO and BoardPut governance and risk frameworks in place early, then build and lead a lean cross-functional teamWhat you’ll bring10+ years across commercial finance, M&A and strategy, with the last 5 in leadershipA track record of launching or scaling a new business, venture or service lineHands-on deal experience covering due diligence, valuation, execution and integrationUAE experience is essentialBachelor’s degree minimum. MBA, CFA or ACCA preferred
