Job PurposeThe Activity Specialist is responsible for delivering safe, fun, and engaging activities for customers while ensuring a positive overall experience. The role focuses on guiding participants, supporting daily activity operations, maintaining safety standards, and contributing to a high-energy, family-friendly entertainment environment.Roles and responsibilities1.Activity DeliveryFacilitate and deliver daily in-store activities according to operational guidelines.Guide customers through activity instructions, rules, and participation.Ensure activities run smoothly, safely, and on schedule.Assist in setting up and closing activity areas daily.Maintain a fun, engaging, and energetic environment at all times.2.Customer ExperienceProvide friendly and helpful service to all customers and participants.Assist guests with questions, instructions, and activity support.Ensure customers have a positive and enjoyable experience.Maintain a welcoming and professional attitude at all times.Support customer flow and reduce waiting time during peak periods.3.Safety & ComplianceFollow all safety procedures and ensure safe participation in activities.Monitor customers to prevent accidents or misuse of equipment.Conduct basic safety checks of activity areas and equipment.Report incidents, damages, or hazards to supervisors immediately.Adhere to company policies and operational standards.4.Operations SupportEnsure activity areas are clean, organized, and ready for operation.Assist in maintaining equipment and activity materials.Support setup for promotions, events, and special activities.Help manage customer flow during busy periods.Support basic stock handling related to activity materials.5.TeamworkWork closely with Activity Supervisors and Senior Activity Specialists.Follow instructions and support team members during operations.Contribute to a positive, cooperative, and energetic team environment.Participate in training and skill development sessions.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in customer service, entertainment, hospitality, or sports/recreation is an advantage.Experience working with children or family entertainment environments preferred.Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Skills & CompetenciesStrong customer service mindsetHigh energy and positive attitudeGood communication skillsTeamwork and cooperationAwareness of safety proceduresAbility to follow instructions and proceduresProblem-solving and quick response abilityPhysical stamina and active work capabilityTime management and reliabilityEnthusiastic and engaging personalityJoin Our Adventure Zone TeamAre you energetic, customer-focused, and passionate about creating fun and memorable experiences?Join Adventure Zone as an Activity Specialist and be part of a dynamic team where every day brings new opportunities to engage with customers, deliver exciting activities, and create a safe and enjoyable environment for families and guests.We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with people, are comfortable in an active environment, and take pride in delivering excellent customer experiences.If you are energetic, responsible, and ready for an exciting role in family entertainment, we would love to hear from you.
