The main Service Center is based in Dubai, with roadside assistance services covering Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ajman. Team members work in a dynamic environment that prioritizes safety, efficiency, and high-quality service delivery, making it an engaging workplace for individuals interested in the automotive and service industry.Role Description The Booking Agent role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Booking Agent is responsible for handling incoming inquiries, scheduling vehicle service appointments, and coordinating roadside assistance requests across multiple locations. Day-to-day tasks include managing bookings through phone and digital channels, confirming service details with customers, and updating booking systems with accurate information. The role involves working closely with service teams to ensure timely dispatch, resolving basic customer questions, and escalating complex issues when needed. The Booking Agent is expected to maintain professional communication, meet productivity targets, and contribute to a smooth and efficient customer experience.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide clear information, and ensure a positive customer experience.Candidates should be proficient in Booking Systems and basic administrative tools to schedule services, update records, and manage daily workloads efficiently.Candidates should have Sales and Negotiation skills to offer suitable service options, explain pricing, and support upselling where appropriate.Candidates should demonstrate organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Dubai, with flexibility for shift work, weekends, or peak hours as required.Previous experience in automotive services, call centers, or booking coordination is beneficial.A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training in customer service or business administration is an advantage.Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages commonly spoken in the UAE is a plus.
