We’re Hiring: Desktop Engineer | Abu Dhabi, UAEWe are looking for an experienced Desktop Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi.📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE🏢 Work Mode: Onsite👥 End Users: Approximately 80–90 usersKey Responsibilities:Provide onsite IT support and troubleshoot issues across Windows, macOS, and basic Linux environments.Diagnose and resolve hardware issues involving PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.Manage basic networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.Administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.Provide remote support using TeamViewer, RDP, SCCM, and Intune.Manage and resolve IT support tickets through ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk.Develop and maintain basic scripts using PowerShell and batch.Deliver excellent technical support and customer service to end users.Requirements:Proven experience as a Desktop Engineer, IT Support Engineer, or in a similar role.Good knowledge of Windows, macOS, and basic Linux environments.Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support a multicultural workforce.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Interested?If you are passionate about IT support and enjoy helping users resolve technical challenges, we'd love to hear from you!
