Job Summary:Main Duties / ResponsibilitiesRepair, maintain, and install Kitchen/Laundry equipment to meet hotel standards.Perform regular testing and maintenance of kitchen/laundry equipment.Conduct PAT testing on portable appliances as required.Complete work orders, PPM & CWAs, and general maintenance tasks as needed.Maintain clean work areas and adhere to safety procedures.Candidate Profile:High School DiplomaElectrical Trade Certificate5+ years as a Kitchen Technician in hospitalityStrong problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge of kitchen/laundry equipment and safety
